After studying Biophysics, I initially worked for seven years as a technical translator, proofreader and project manager for two Localization Service Providers in Berlin/Germany and Sliema/Malta. Since 2007, I have been offering my services on a freelance basis to agencies and direct customers. I work for medium-sized companies, research institutes and museums as well as for some of the largest companies in the world. This experience pays off for you in every single project.

In addition to my daily tasks as a translator, since 2008 I have been maintaining the Search Bar. My colleague Anja Rütten explains in her blog post how this tool is used to search for terminology in online sources .
I devote five hours a week to volunteer initiatives in my local community.
